We are proud to be offering you free worldwide shipping! Please note that we take an average of 1 to 2 business days to fulfill your order. After this time we will ship your order to your destination. The shipping time, depending on the country and shipping method is about 10-14 days. We will do everything in our power to deliver your order to you as soon as possible!  Please have in mind that specific countries or region affects the shipping time. Please take into account any holidays that may affect delivery times.

Due to the nature of the transport business, delays are often unavoidable, so all our delivery times are indicative only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

The purchased product comes from China, i.e. the buyer must pay all taxes and duties and comply with the laws according to the corresponding laws of his country of residence. 

Track your order:

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to be displayed.


Incorrect address disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to shorten the processing and delivery time so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address.  Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have entered an incorrect delivery address.



When you place an order with IQUIA, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to IQUIA. For more information on how to process a return, please refer to our Return Policy.


Lost/stolen packages:

IQUIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier using the information provided on our tracking page. Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Each product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt.

General terms and conditions:

We encourage our customers to read our return policy carefully and ensure that all items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

We do not take responsibility for incorrectly read product descriptions. 


For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check the local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you didn't receive it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Refunds or credits will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your return to our return address (see above).

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate and return your item for a refund or credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.

Each product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

We will refund the original payment method for all full-priced items. Refunds for items on sale are excluded. 

The exchange will be made via a shop credit, which will only be granted for qualifying items.

We do not provide a return label and do not pay for the return.

Items must be in their brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Items returned to us that are non-refundable will be disposed of or returned to you at your own expense.

All items purchased with a gift card or store credit will not be returned. Gift certificates purchased by IQUIA and credits issued by IQUIA cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All shipping costs and government taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellations will only be accepted for full price items within 60 minutes of order placement.  If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at if you can cancel within the specified period.  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

The terms and conditions of our Return Policy apply in the event of miscommunication or otherwise.
